Deliziosa!!!! Squisita, facile e ancora una volta con un costo più che ragionevole. Fatta a Pasqua, grazie alla ricetta di mia suocera è stata un successo!
Dico subito che è bene far asciugare la farcia prima di riempire la sfoglia, per evitare che la torta risulti troppo umida, e per la stessa ragione è meglio non farla troppo alta.
- 3 peperoni (gialli, rossi , misti...)
- hg 2 1/2 di ricotta
- 1 uovo
- 1 cipolla
- parmigiano q.b.
- farina, olio, sale
Dopo aver abbrustolito i peperoni sulla piastra e averli spellati si tagliano a striscioline lunghe pochi centimetri. Si rosola la cipolla tritata in padella con poco olio e aggiungendo peroni e sale. Una volta che la cipolla risulta cotta si aggiugono ricotta e parmigiano. A parte di prepara una sfoglia con farina, acqua, poco olio e sale e una volta stesa vi si versa il composto. Cuoce a 180-200 °C finchè non apparirà dorata in superficie e ben asciutta.
Scusate non ho pesato gli ingredienti della sfoglia, sono andata a occhio.
L'ho fotografata solo prima della cottura, perchè mi sono completamente dimenticata di farlo dopo.....Ah, l'età.....
Ma ciaoooo!!! Ti ho cercata a lungo, anche sbirciando su fb, ma senza sapere che fine avessi fatto, poi mi ero segnata sul Follow by email, ma le notifiche del tuo ritorno non mi erano arrivate! Beh, bentornata! Ne sono felicissima! Ora non ho connessione a casa causa ristrutturazione e ho beccato un pc per caso, ma appena posso torno a rileggerti con gioia!
